The Planning Wizard will work on scheduling our install team for most effective project completion. We do awesome things and our Planning Wizard will help us show the world through our highly skilled install team. // Your Day to Day Role

  1. Maintain install schedule assuring provided job scope is accurate/comprehensive and jobs are properly delegated and routed based off installers skillset.
  2. Check for readiness of materials, tickets, and scheduling software accuracy.  Manage the returned material after completion of jobs.
  3. Track project changes and produce updated information to all parties involved in the project immediately. Ensure that the client services team is aware of any delays, reschedules, missed appointment times, etc. immediately upon becoming aware of an issue.
  4. Work with the Install Admin Assistant to pass along details on upcoming jobs in order to ensure equipment rentals, flights, and/or vehicle rental reservations have been scheduled.
